Beterbiev is the real deal
Seen him fight often
When he first started his career he looked mechanical
The kid came a long way
But now needs to get the glue to put it all together
IMO needs a trainer who can polish him get rid of all those rough edges
I think his trainer took him as far as he could needs a big trainer
A lot of fighters from the north stick with their trainer for respect fugh that
All the guys who decided to get authentic trainers were successful: Stevenson , Gattilier Christ left the city to go get the action
The ones that were trained by local merch Eric Lucas , Bute , Pascal they all remained like fringe contenders
Imo

Amazing how many of you can't tell what you are looking at. Like the poster above said, he carried him.
Let me give you guys the real breakdown of what happened in there.
Beterbiev has the most effortless power I've seen maybe ever. He basically backed up a guy using what I estimate to be a quarter of his power. He pumled the guy all fight with a quarter power. And in the final round as soon as he stepped up his pressure, all his opponents could do was ball up and fall down. He could of ended that fight in the exact same fashion in any round.
Artur will destroy the rest of this weight class. And that dude Artur fought was carried. Not to mention Artur walks through punches better than anyone I've seen as well. If you were unimpressed with Artur then you missed a lot.Last edited by KiloTeague; 11-12-2017, 02:36 AM.

He was out of the ring for almost a year and it was a title fight for which he was waiting for all his life. Sure beterbiev could have ended it allot early but why would he when he was winning every single round but he needs to improve his combination and throw different angles.

Maybe Beterbiev wanted to bank some rounds after he realised this guy couldn't hurt him. Was a bit of a strange stoppage..Koelling seemed to be signalling to his corner in some indiscernible way.
The LHW division is shaping up to potentially be the most exciting division: Yet we all know that BIG YELLOW DUCK abominable weanerson needs to go- and go soon. Get him up and out. I'm glad Ward retired because he was the kind of fighter who would've fought once a year like Stevenson.
The belt holders now are Bivol, Beterbiev and last on the list is the WBO- which will be either Kovalev or Shabranskyy.
But there's still Barerra, Gvozdyk, Jack and one or two other fringe contenders that could make for some incredible fights comparable in anticipation to GGG-Canelo.
who wouldn't wonder about Bivol v Beterbiev? Kovalev v Gvozdyk? Jack v Beterbiev and so on..
Bet the promoters waste most of that excitement by ensuring their cash-cows fight only in probable fights that they win.
