Charlo said he's fighting for WBC Interim in February.

Thats cool, i guess he isn't waiting around for Canelo or GGG. which makes sense, get the interim title and whoever turns up later turns up.

Think an interim Champion would be promoted to full champion if it was vacated. So Jacobs/Charlo would effectively be a title fight, as Canelo is unlikely to accept it, and I doubt Golovkin will do mandos again once hes fought Canelo and Saunders, either retire or move up

Why would he wait for Canelo-GGG winner? They're figting in May (most likely.) If Canelo wins the belt is vacant and if GGG wins there's no say so that his WBC mando is next. He has an IBF mando due too.

Yep everything seems on point for Charlo, i can definitely see him and Jacobs colliding sooner than later then.

I was thinking he would wait it out due to the payday he would get but then you pointed out he is fighting for the Interim away, which makes sense as he gets the belt and he becomes a good option at 160 for any big name in that division.

Think everything rides on what happens in Lemieux/Saunders

Lemieux wins youll get Canelo/Lemieux and Golovkin/Charlo
Saunders wins youll get Canelo/Golovkin and Charlo/Jacobs

Jermall didn't beat Trout by much and I think Jacobs is much better than Trout. I think Jacobs would beat Jermall.

This would be a great eliminator. The winner would be a truly worthy contender and a major threat to Golovkin and Canelo
