Comments Thread For: Arum Expects Better, Stronger Terence Crawford at Welterweight

Bob Arum already considers Terence Crawford to be one of the top two boxers, pound-for-pound, in the sport. The Hall-of-Fame promoters ranks Crawford and another of his fighters, WBO super featherweight champion Vasyl Lomachenko, in a class by themselves among active boxers. That said, Arum anticipates an even better Crawford now that the undefeated former lightweight and super lightweight champion has moved up to the welterweight division.

Until he makes a career move that doesn’t involve arum then he is a cherry picking coward.

This written article is pathetic! Crawford didn't have problems making 140! There was nothing left to prove at that weight. Crawford dominated all those guys you claim he had problems with. Stop with the bogus articles!

Can you name one top p4p fighter who faces beast after beast? I'll wait! Most if not all top fighters faces lessor competition. So call guys like you expect the few best guys to fight the best all the time mainly because you want them to loose! I could name many fighters in each division who would be considered a cherry picker by your standards.

Sorry man. I was commenting directly to arums flip flopping and his bad mouthing his fighters rep once they decide to take a career path that doesn’t involve him.

I personally don’t think that. But as far as your comment. You are 100% correct. Unfortunately it’s going to be ignored by a lot of these Supermen posters

Actually he did have problems which is why he was coming in so heavy after rehydrating.

And for the clown who called him a cherry picking *****, he's came to 147 for a reason. To fight the best at 147 as well. He's a lineal champion in two divisions and still catches heat. Wtf else is he supposed to do?

It's going to take a yet disclosed prospect to step up and beat Terence. None of the current champs will. But whoever it is...will be damn good.
