AJ needed ref intervention to put away 6'-1'' 235 lb (20 lb smaller than AJ) Takham last fight. It was a horrible performance. AJ fans responded by hyping up Takham to be some ATG level amazing fighter.

I wonder how far Stiverne could have ran on Saturday.

Literally, if he put on a pair of trainers and hit the road. How long could have gone for? I don't think that lad had 5K in him.

Explains why he stood in front of Wilder behind his gloves stock still like an unhappy mushroom.

Let’s not get carried away with this recent KO, it looks great on the highlights reel but let’s be honest, Wilder is in his prime and hungry and he fought an out of condition B grade, old and short boxer who didn’t want to be there.

I’m not knocking the dudes intentions, he definitely wanted a step up test but circumstances didn’t give it to him. But we didn’t learn anything new about him in this fight, if anything the quality of opponent dropped not improved and if he wants AJ next that’s bad prep anyway, he really should get some better ring conditioning if he wants to beat AJ.

His power can put bums down. But he has to hit you for 9 roundss mostly.

This is almost as bad as when wilder got gassed after beating Audrey Harrison

I wouldn't exactly compare AJ to that fat waste of space he knocked out last week though but Wilder has power, no denying that.

Takam is a good heavyweight, far superior to anything Wilder has ever fought, if you do not believe me go watch his fights against Perez, Povetkin and Parker. By comparison, the heavybag i am using at my gym displays better movement than Stiverne.

People underestimate how slick Wilder is. AJ had trouble landing flush on his last opponent, he is very bulky and not the fastest. Wilder can do damage from the outside, don't forget he has a great jab.
