Joshua would need: Fury, Wilder, Parker, Ortiz, Povetkin
Wilder would need: Fury, Joshua, Parker, Ortiz, Povetkin, Wlad**

A Pulev* for each then we can perhaps have them inserted in a discussion about ATG but right now Joshua has the advantage just off the Wlad win.

    *Maybe

You're maybe true but they're still very young.

        Joshua is 28
        Wilder is 32

if you add Pulev + them fighting each other that's 7 fights
        One per year:

        Joshua would be 35.
        Wilder would be 39

They can pull it off ...don't you agree?

Totally agree! Both Wilder and Joshua are still unproven at the moment.

ATG is earned with LONGETIVITY ,unless they break a record like a Mike Tyson who became youngest HW champion and also became undisputed very quickly ,but thats a rare case .

If Joshua wins it will be a very good win but its something i expect to happen bc i hold him to higher standards than anyone else on this forum and i do so for a reason bc i know its a fact he is a threat to ANYONE who has ever laced them up before and hes only about 85% the finished product .

Joshua will be an all time great but defeating Wilder wont do that but will further get him in that direction .

                  Hell no!

They both need some longevity. It's scary to think, someone said Deontay Wilder is on the brink of becoming one of the longest reigning Heavyweight champions in history. That, quite frankly, is hilarious.

Whoever wins this fight, they may have a rematch. Whoever comes out on top needs a prolonged period at the top. Let's say by the time this fight happens there are no other pretenders (Joseph Parker). So Wilder wins and is the new Lineal champion and the unified IBF/IBO/WBA Super/WBC/WBO Heavyweight champion of the world. What he needs to do then for however long he has left is defend against the percieved biggest challenge out there.

Personally that's why I find it easier to get behind Anthony Joshua. They've already spoken about wanting to reign for ten years. Wilder on the other hand is probably a couple of years off retirement after the AJ fight. The idea of AJ still being Heavyweight champion in 2025, operating at the level he does today? That would be a Top 10 ATG.
