then their true hero was supposed to savagely destroy the chicken "canyellow"....the guy that was ducking him feverishly.......instead he got a draw..and now has arguably two disputed fights in a row that he could have lost when he finally stepped up to real fighters
hasnt been a good year....lets let this thing build a bit so these guys can get their bearings lolComment

because wilder and joshua arent really a draw. the longer you let this fight sit, the least interest its gonna get. might as well do it now when both guys have some hype behind them.Comment

Big fights take time to be built. There was no rush for canelo v golovkin, no rush for ward v kovalev. Theres no pressure on spence and thurman to fight early next year, no pressure on davis to fight lomachenko.
Yet less than a week has passed since wilder last fought, and the pitchforks are out because hearn and joshua havent announced the fight yet. Posters who preach patience for other prospective match ups are acting like hungry spoilt kids in a sweet shop.
The funny thing is only one of the fighters has a track record of getting in the ring with a dangerous opponent (in half the fights of the other guy), yet nsb logic is to blame him for being a ducker and not the guy whos fought noone in almost 40 fights!
Youre all so defensive about the whyte fight but its obvious hearn wants that as a precursor to build the fight up in the UK. Whytes nothing special so it should be easy for wilder to win for a nice easy payday. Win win.
The honest truth is wilder is relatively unknown over here, people forget that in UK time his fights are airing at 4am and obviously noone in there right mind would get up at that time to watch him blast out these slobs. I bet a majority of fans over here havent actually watched him fight and none of them will have heard of any of the guys hes fought. why would they get up early to watch him fight people like duhuapus and washington? If he comes over here at peak time and beats whyte, a guy whos no world beater but people are familiar with, its going to get the UK fans even more interested. And like it or not, they are the fans who are going to be bringing the money for this fight.
I dont think wilders ducking whyte at all but its bizarre hes not interested. It just seems a trend with some of these haymon fighters, they'd cut their nose off to spite there face. They dont seem to have any awareness of how to promote themselves or, more than likely, its just an ego thing and they feel like promotion is beneath them, despite a lack of popularity.
Im pretty sure hearn and joshua have said they want the fight next year so whats all the fuss about? I'd imagine it will happen late on in the year. People need to calm down. And wilders barking dog routine is going to look even more ridiculous when he announces breazeale as his next opponent.no, all im saying is you lot shouldnt get your knickers in a twist cause the fight hasnt been signed a few days after wilder last fought. And youre all lapping up wilders soundbites, the guy has no track record of fighting anyone good so how can you be so sure hes desperate for the fight? Cause deontay said so? Actions speak louder than words. If he really wants it then he'll get it. If joshua was happy to fight klitschko i cant imagine hes going to be scared to fight wilder, the guy klitcschko used to beat the crap out of in sparring by more than one account.
I actually quite like AJ and believe he genuinely wants the fight, as does Wilder. The problem is the people around AJ don't. It's obvious what's going on here, Hearn is trying to make money for himself here. It's not confirmed but pretty much common knowledge Hearn is on a flat fee with AJ, Hearn however has a percentage deal with Whyte, so if Whyte was able to snare a major fight that would sell on Sky PPV (i.e the Wilder fight) Hearn would make a lot more money for himself, he did the exact same thing to Haye forcing him to face Bellew first before pontentially getting an AJ payday.
Wilder shouldn't have to accommodate Hearn and Whyte, people harp on about this 3 now 4 million pound "offer" but NO OFFICIAL offer was made. If anybody is buying into Hearns salesman act wake up!!
All this nonsense about Wilder needing to boost his profile in the UK is just that - nonsense. I don't remember Hearn wanting Spence to acclimate himself with UK fans by fighting a B level guy like Eggington, why? Cause there's no money for Hearn in that fight, if Wilder is so irrelevant over here, why is Hearn willing to pay him so much money??
You talk about fights needing to be built up that is far from the case. Although I think it was a farce, ask yourself this: how much build did Floyd-Conor have? It had a couple months and was the second most successful prizefight in history.
If AJ-Wilder happens next or this summer it will be box office success, Wilder fighting an irrelevant C Level guy like Whyte or AJ fighting a irrelevant opponent in the U.S will not change that.
I hope this has given you a different perspective on things. You don't come across like one of these bias AJ fanboys, I just think you've misunderstood the situation.Comment

You need to realise what's actually going on here bro, and try not to get ****** in by this Hearn and Sky propaganda.

The sad thing here in the UK is more people tend to be matchroom fans as opposed to boxing fans nowadays. They're all brainwashed by the constant sky sports/matchroom propagandaComment
