Wilder put on a awesome performance. It wasn't so much who he knocked out, it was HOW HE DID IT!! Fight fans love the KO's and boxers with charisma it's why they tune in. Can't wait till AJ and Wilder step in ring!!! One thing we all know is somebody is going down lol

No. Stiverne was a last minute stand-in, is nearly 40, fat as hell and had one fight in three years. He looked like a hopeless soul in there. Before that, he was a has been that never was. Wilder's already known to KO bums, he's been doing it his entire career. As I said, the KO was great, but I'm not saying, "Oh shit, Joshua better watch out!"
Stiverne was in camp for Brezeale so he didn't get plucked off the street. The KO was spectacular and that's what matters most.

You say that since people in the UK know Stiverne is a bum the KO doesnt matter. Well if they know whi Stiverne is then surely they know Wilder. As such your logic doesn't work.

It's like folks have started to manufacture reasons why this fight shouldn't happen when it is the consensus best fight at heavyweight that can be made.

The difference between being a 3-belt fight vs. an undisputed championship UK vs. USA fight in Vegas with more established fighters is hundreds of thousands of PPV buys. There's no reason to leave millions of dollars on the table for the sake of pleasing the "real" fans when they will still be there anyways when this is a much bigger fight. Building up a fighter's popularly aginst Takam and Brazeale-level opposition is a necessary part of the process and it will be worth the delay, a least in the financial aspect, just like it was with Mayweather-Pacquiao.
What real boxing fan advocates a fight being delayed such that the promoters and fighters make more money?

It may be about economics for those who make money, but for someone who gets no money in it, and calling for AJ to fight others first is being a fanboy. Fans should be demanding it, instead fanboys like you, say well, AJ might be able to make more if he waits.

It is about economics. AJ wants to keep filling arenas against bums like Takam and collecting those easy paydays. AJ and Hearn and you all know if AJ loses, his fights with the likes of Takam and Parker will be lucky to make half what they will with an undefeated HW champ. Which is why Pac put off fighting May until the end of his career. Which by your reasoning, would be fine for AJ to put it off until the end of his career. If you want AJ to make the most money possible, that is to continue to fight opponents with no chance for 8 figure paydays. He can do that for another 10 years.

Be a fan of boxing, not of Joshua's wealth.

Nah, you got that wrong son. I never said the UK fans don't know who Wilder is. I also want to see him vs Joshua. I'm saying the KO of Stiverne doesn't make Wilder King Kong. Bermane may have been in camp for Breazeale, but you wouldn't know it from looking at him. He looked like a former pie eating contest champ, not the former WBC HW champ of the world.
