We're simply stating facts. Multiple posters have erroneously complained that Wilder has never faced a top 5 opponent when the truth is that it's actually AJ that has never faced a top 5 opponent.
Doesn't mean AJ doesn't have the better overall resume. But it does mean that people are constantly posting lies about Wilder.Comment

Your quote was a direct response to a post saying Wilder had a bad resume, facing a top 5 opponent was never even mentioned in his post...We're simply stating facts. Aj doesnt have a great resume by any means but to suggest that Wilder has fought better level opponents is moronic.Comment

Nobody said a top 5 opponent was mentioned in his post. What was said is that many posters have mentioned that, which is why we choose to remind people of who has actually fought a top 5 opponent when someone chooses to over praise AJ's resume and under praise Wilder's.
If you'd read our entire post, you would have read our reasoning for why we're repeatedly shining a light on this fact.
Joshua's highest win is #6. Wilder's is #3. Some are shocked when that's brought to their attention. You reacted strongly as well.
It's a fact that bursts the narrative that Wilder hasn't fought anybody and that Joshua's resume is much better. The truth is that Joshua has a big name on his resume, but he's never actually fought a top 5 guy yet. He will soon surely. He's still young. But when someone says that Wilder's resume is "****", like the poster we were responding to, it should be brought up that Wilder has the highest ranked win of any current heavyweight champion.Comment

So why make a general comment like that as a direct response to someone who simply said he liked Wilder but recognized Wilder had a bad resume? The agenda is quite clearNobody said a top 5 opponent was mentioned in his post. What was said is that many posters have mentioned that, which is why we choose to remind people of who has actually fought a top 5 opponent when someone chooses to over praise AJ's resume and under praise Wilder's.

Because he called his resume "****."
So who really has the agenda when you're trashing the resume of the only heavyweight champion that's actually fought a top ranked fighter?!?
We have no agenda. We're very upfront about our beliefs and we try to judge everyone fairly.
We believe Joshua likely beats Wilder. We believe Joshua's resume is more impressive because it has a bigger name.
But you can't ignore that Joshua hasn't actually fought a top ranked fighter, nor has Parker, but Wilder has. So why is Wilder the only one facing a constant barrage of attacks about his resume? If this was an objective community, all of the heavyweight champions would have their resumes scrutinized to the same degree.Comment
