I hope Hopkins is wrong but I think what he’s saying is what’s most likely to happen. Lomanchanko does throw way more punches, he’s naturally bigger and a fast starter. Rigo is a small guy, I’m not sure if he can carry his power up in weight for that reason. I would like to see Rigo win but he’s definitely got a lot against him. Lastly Rigo doesn’t have much of a jab or right hand at all. Both of these fighter are freaks so maybe Rigos style will make the difference. It’s to hard to say but it would seem like Lomanchanko will overwhelm him. I hope not, I’m rooting for Rigo. I’d love to see him pull it off

This isn't the mismatch that GGG vs Kell Brooke was or Canelo vs Khan was.

I'd say skills wise Rigo is better, he's got longer arms and he's going up by 8 pounds not by 13. Loma is not the puncher that GGG is and while Rigo is a little soft in the chin he ain't Khan.

The size doesn't worry me at all. This is not a Gamboa vs Crawford fight where the size disparity was huge. What worries me is Rigo's age and inactivity. I am not sure if he'll be able to keep up the pace and I am not sure what his reaction time and reflexes will be like at 37. The size is not an issue, Rigo's age and inactivity at this weight class is the real question mark.

I can only see Loma winning by decision. Rigondeaux is just too fundamentally and defensively sound and ring savvy in order for that to happen. Vasyl just might very well outwork Rigo to a points decision but as far as him stopping him not a chance. That's out of the question.

Fast pace favors Lomachenko. Slow pace favors Rigondeaux. I know Loma is favored to win but I can see this fight as a 50/50 toss up. Which ever man who can impose his will on the other wins this fight.

Kind of sucks that Rigo had to tempt them with 130, when a catchweight wd have been more fair.
I really hope Rigo wins, but weight and age are a possible issue

Losing to Crawford the way he did, wasn't no shame.
