Broner may be off a loss but is pretty obviously in top 5 in the class. And he's a draw. Honestly there are far less deserving people getting big fights.

how is he obviously in the top 5??? hes never beaten anyone in the top 5 at 140. only top 10 guy he beat was khabib at #9 but he had essentially retired and hadnt fought in a year and a half. broner continually hangs around the top of the rankings by fighting fringe guys and losing.
