AJ is the money
The size thing isn’t all that important, they both have KO power, 35lbs of muscle won’t help AJ’s chin much.
The fact is AJ is the ticket seller, he can fight joe bloggs and sell out a stadium, he’s got a multiple of Ricky Hattons following and even Mayweather respected Hattons numbers.
Wilder needs to sort his record and build the fight, if he was smart he’d do that and get a better slice of the purse, because right now he’s getting 20% at best because he just doesn’t bring anything commercially.Comment

Povetkin was mandatory.. had to fight him or lose the belt.
Haymon lost the purse bid and Wilder wasnt worth what povetkins promoter paid to have the fight in russia.
Ortiz fight really was of necessity because the public grew famn tired of him fighting can after can.
Sure they both failed drugs tests.. but wilders never been inclined to raisr his stock willingly unless its absolutely requires to keep him relevant. Even then... his stock was probably raised more because they failed the tests.. both povetkin and ortiz beat wilder in my opinion.Comment

Size difference? They are reaching to instill confidence in themselves. Because AJ does not use his Weight advantage much in fights, as in bodying guys, leaning on them, and fighting inside.
This will be a outside fight from both sides for sure.Comment

How about going with the stronger opinion? Which is the fighters very own opinions. They themselves did not think they could beat Wilder naturally.Povetkin was mandatory.. had to fight him or lose the belt.

Hmmm
He really wouldn’t, Wilder spends most of his time off balance, you can’t compare his boxing ability to Kiltshko.
It would be interesting because AJ has to respect Wilders power but let’s not forget Klitschko is also a big puncher so it’s not new for AJ.
I’d have to give AJ the edge on boxing skills and soon we’ll all be talking about Dubois anyway.Comment

In your opinion yes, but in Ortiz and Povetkin's opinion no. They took Peds coz they knew they stood no chance. Why else would you take peds knowing that you're under a stringent testing program? They were that desperate to increase their chances of winning coz they knew what was coming.Povetkin was mandatory.. had to fight him or lose the belt.

You believe in people who don't even believe in themselves.
Ps. Wilder didn't have to fight Povetkin. Unifications trump mandatories, and Charles Martins won his world title on the undercard of a Wilder fight.
Everyone expected Wilder to call out Martins after his fight, it was the easy fight to make, with a chance to snag another world title. But what did Wilder do? He immediately called out Pedvetkin and ignored Martins. That's what real champs do.
You got champs tryna duck dangerous mandatories like how GGG's team have been making all sorts of excuses to avoid Charlo, or how Badou Jack vacated his belt to avoid Bivol, or how Brook tried to avoid Spence, but Wilder was immediately all over that Povetkin ass as soon as he fully recovered from his hand operation.
He called out Ortiz when Joshua and everyone else were tryna avoid him and he signed to fight him.
Let's stop pretending here. None of these guys want Wilder. They know what's up. Joshua is either scared of Wilder himself or he is scared of VADA. Either way he running for his life, just like all the others.Comment

Dubois isn’t that skilled and it’s way to early to even talk about him he’s fighting drunk guys off the street. He really wouldn’t, Wilder spends most of his time off balance, you can’t compare his boxing ability to Kiltshko.

Aj might have a little more boxing technique but would tire quick cause of his muscle mass and wilder is more athletic and would take advantage and KO him, fight won’t see the cards.Comment

Couple of things... ortiz got busted before right?? Before wilder was ever evem on his radar.. he tooks peds to take peds...not becuse he thought they were the only thing that could make him beat wilder. In your opinion yes, but in Ortiz and Povetkin's opinion no. They took Peds coz they knew they stood no chance. Why else would you take peds knowing that you're under a stringent testing program? Povetkin was taling meldonium for years before the substance itself was banned.. are you gonna yell me that both guys took their peds years before wilder because they thought they couldnt beat their other opponents?? I dont think so...
Also pretty sure the WBC told wilder that he had to face povetkin and a unification would not satisfy over mandatory. The same way the IBF told joshua a unification would not be allowed to trump his mandatory fight against pulev/takam. Maybe wrong.. might have to seek clarification on that one.
Also.. when did brook duck spence?? He got his eye socket ****** by GGG.. came back and decided to make the weight drain to face his mandatory in spence.. he never ducked at all.
Joshua does VADA as the wba super champion... had it for klitschko had it for takam and has always had UKAD as a british fighter. Never failed a test...
Wilder brings no money... AJ has said the fight is a guarantee.. an inevitability and has no issue with it.. dont slag the guy off because he eants to maximise the events profitability potentialComment
