I was impressed with the power of Bivol. I still can't tell much from a one round KO. Broadhurst seemed to have no interest in getting up. If you can cross your leg while down you could probably make an attempt to get up. It was still a spectacular KO either way.Comment

It wasn't for the vacant belt. He was already the interim champion and was upgraded to full champion once the previous champion vacated. A champion can make a voluntary defense vs. anybody in the top 15. Broadhurst was #10 in the WBA's LHW rankings. Don't get me wrong it's complete bull****, but hopefully the WBA orders him to make a mandatory defense vs. Sullivan Barrera.Comment
