Comparing it to Tyson's win over Holmes that he never gets any credit for. Holmes was 38 years old coming off 1.75 years of inactivity and the first 2 losses of his career in razor close fights vs. Michael Spinks that could have gone either way.
      It's laughable in comparison really.

It seems like everyday there's a new story about the wilder AJ fight lol I'll be more excited when the fight is officially signed and even when the signing happens I won't be 100% convinced until I see those two giants exchanging power punches!!!

Is anyone really dis*****g that this fight should be in London?

The only reason it shouldn't be is Joshua already has the UK on lock, a big unification fight against a brash American will sell no matter what Wilder does with Whyte (a Whyte fight will help at the margins at the best in the UK and would probably help Wilder get more known in continental Europe just given when the fight would be on TV).

The fight with Wilder is about taking over America like it is the War of 1812, to do that most effectively it helps to be on American soil.

Still they should go where the money is currently everything else will work out, pretty much everyone agrees London is where the money is for this fight.

But what guarantee does Wilder have that AJ will fight him next if goes over and beats Whyte? Seems like its more of Hearn wanting to cash in on Wilder fighting Whyte. Wilder beats Whyte and Hearn would more than likely bring up mandatory fights that AJ has to take. What's the problem with Hearn adding a guarantee of a AJ fight if Wilder wins?

that could happen..but let's see wilder take the whyte fight and if hearn pull up another excuse..then the world knows eddie hearn is a big lanky liar..there are numerous interviews where he said wilder gets A.j should he beat whyte..but wilder making silly demands for whyte..you can only imagine the demand he would be making for the Joshua fight.. long road before the fight gets made..so much boxing political nonsense

This fight has to be the summer no way is Fluff Furry ready by then, the WBA mandatory is in no way bigger than this fight and needs to be put off until the winter with the Parker fight taking place in the early spring.

Hard to take the Joshua Fluff fight serious when that slob is weighing in excess of 350+, if Hearn thinks by waving Fury in front of Wilder believing he can lowball him into bluffing he has another option instead of Wilder then he's mugging himself off, nobody in their right mind believes that guy will be ready by July/August if he'll ever be ready at all, I'd expect Fury to show up in the ring overweight anyway I can't see him losing all that weight regardless, he ain't ever getting back into the shape he was for Klitschko which it looks like he was using nandrolone anyway, the testing sure as shyt won't be held by UKAD that's for sure unless Joshua is an absolute mug.

Wilder doesn't bring the numbers though, in business terms Wilder needs Hearn to bring him paydays which match what Joshua already earns without Wilder. Patriotism doesn't mean a thing in money making.

If Wilder fights Whyte, Hearn gets options on Wilder. If Wilder wants to up his paydays on account of other peoples input, he won't get it for nothing.
All the talk is just hype, they'll negotiate and the biggest payer will win. At the end of the day, we'll find out who the financial a-side is.
