Gervonta is something special and you'll see that if he can get his **** together and dedicate himself more to his craft. I wasn't expecting you to hate on him so soon as you did with Floyd and Ward over the years. Give him a chance and be openminded about his upcoming fights.

    Cheers.

its strange you say give him a chance and be open minded yet your last post you were bashing ggg for being overhyped and not proving himself. why didnt you give him a chance? why werent yuo open minded? difference is ggg tried to fight all the best it just toko a while. davis has openly stated hes not ready to fight the best. so hes just gonna take that easy money(as floyd said) and hang around for awhile taking up tv slots....isnt that the definition of overhyped? he might be a good fighter but hes unwilling to find out. ggg was always ready to find out and we did find out he was after he beat the top 3 in his division. if davis fought one top 3 fighter i would be thrilled. 3? amazing and win or lose i would give him props. i certainly wont give him props for refusing to fight them.

I hear what you are saying, daggum, but GGG is 36, while Davis is a baby at 22 and has already won a championship belt at that age. How old was GGG when he won his first and only legit belt of the 3 he holds?

If Davis is honest about moving on slowly, props to him. It doesn't mean I agree with that. I want to see Davis take on all comers. I've always said, once you become a champion, you are ready for all comers.
