Also he was in a pitiful eight rounder before this so he was ready to go.

Whyte vs. Breazeale Showdown is Being Pursued By Hearn

"In an ideal world, Wilder will fight Stiverne, who is his mandatory. Get that out of the way and we'll fight Breazeale on October 28 and the winner can fight the winner early next year," Hearn told Sky Sports.
Fall for that Haymon nonsense every time. Breazeale wanted to fight Whyte til his advisors told him not to. No ****, fight Molina instead, guaranteed fight with Wilder.

Mess around Callum Smith, load of nonsense, oh look one of his younger fighters has an easy touch to fight for the title

Hearn made Jack give up the title, part of the agreement

So funny you guys going along with this nonsense

When Ortiz tests dirty and Stiverne is elevated to the main event, Breazeale is still legally entitled to that final eliminator. So the WBC had to go through their rankings until somebody said yes. On such short notice, nobody ranked higher than Molina was willing to take the fight.
There was no contract signed for the Stiverne - Breazeale fight, thus no legal obligations. Moreover, Wilder (supposedly) paid step-aside money to Stiverne so Wilder - Stiverne II makes no sense at all.

Breazeale ducked Whyte and Wilder ducked Whyte, so at least we have a proper fight between two duckers for the WBC joke strap.

The WBC has completely lost it's marbles. Fans know a Whyte v Wilder fight, possibly staged in the U.K, would do enormous numbers, and would also set the stage perfectly for AJ v Wilder, as Whyte is already an AJ victim.

What the heck is going on with its rankings? The silver belt represents second to gold, which is recognised as #1.
Whyte has every right to be furious, and who wants to see either of those two bums in the ring with Wilder? Breazeale or Molina would barely make a blip on the radar.

Just more lambs to the slaughter for Wilder.

The winner of Breazeale/stiverne was guaranteed next fight against the winner of Ortiz/wilder as part of step aside agreement unless it was a unification next, just because Ortiz messed up everything and stiverne was elevated back to mando shot doesn’t change agreement Breazeale also had in place for taking the stiverne fight

              False.

              False.

Wilder was willing to fight for a slightly reduced purse so Haymon could afford to overpay Stiverne to fight Breazeale. The $675,000 wasn't a literal step aside fee, it was Stiverne's purse to fight Breazeale, which had been inflated to encourage Stiverne to step aside.

But Stiverne was only obligated to step aside if Wilder fought Ortiz, once Ortiz tested diry, Stiverne was entitled to an immediate shot. Leaving Brezeale without a dance partner for the eliminator, thus the leading available contender (Molina) getting the nod.

              Breazeale ducked Whyte
False. Turning down less money for a worse opportunity is not ducking. Why would anyone fight Whyte for less money and nothing at stake instead of fighting Molina for more money and a guaranteed title shot to the winner?

Hey, I just offered Whyte $5 to fight me. I guess he's ducking me if he doesn't accept the offer then huh?

False. Winning the silver championship doesn't guarantee the #1 ranking. However, rankings haven't been updated since Whyte won the silver title. When they're updated, he'll likely be ranked in the top two.

Blame Ortiz for cheating. That is what created this mess. Whyte could have fought Breazeale on November 4 in a final eliminator if he didn't fight October 28.

Again, there was no contract signed for the Breazeale -
Stiverne fight. And we don't know what happened with that Stiverne step-aside money and how in hell he got elevated back to mandatory position. After Wilder - Stiverne II was announced, Breazeale was dropped from the event and he was looking for opponents. He wanted a substantial amount (probably seven figures) to fight Whyte on Joshua - Takam's undercard. Haymon advised Breazeale not to take the Whyte fight and offered him to fight Molina instead. You can bet he's fighting Molina for a few times less what he was offered to fight Whyte as you can bet Wilder will be fighting Breazeale for a chunk of what he was offered to fight Whyte.

Whyte is trash. Tired of seeing so much press about this juicing MMA boxer.

He had the "rivalry" angle to play to get the first Joshua fight but the charade should be over by now lol

I bet this guy would lose to Gerald Washington if they fought next. He'd definitely lose to Miller.

The "support" for this guy is hilarious. We're never spared of the Euro bum hype. ****s annoying.
