I never said he will knock him out. I said he would have to knock him out early? Porter has a mauling style that wear opponents down over time. If Danny has a chance to win it would have to be an early by KO. I can't see him standing up to that kind of pressure for 12 rounds. I don't think I've seen Danny in a fight like the Porter fight would be.

I think it has to do more with him taking his time to run his businesses. I read that he was trying to franchise his barbershops around Philly, along with running a detail and bodyshop and promoting his twin sisters who are singers, he seems more focused on that right now. Obviously if he wasn't trying to make a living after boxing and just depended on a boxing paycheck, than he would be more focused on fighting.

I don't see how people actually admit they like watching Porter fights. It's a sloppy, hug filled mess of a style. It works for him but it ain't pretty!

Danny is a joke, he is not interested in tough fights. He will fight a few bums and will probably retire afterwards. Thankful Thurman muzzled Angel and Danny havent heard from these clowns since the loss.

Garcia gets a lot of heat but there's not many fighters in this day and age who as an undefeated champion agreed to fight three other champions as the underdog (Khan, Mattheyse, Thurman). He was criticized and people said he'd never fight any of those guys and yet he got two big, clear wins and a close loss out of them.

I'm a huge Danny fan, but I think it's safe to say he's more interested in maximizing his paydays than he is becoming an ATG in boxing. that's totally fine with me. We congratulate basketball, football and baseball players when they secure the big contracts, even if they sign with shietty teams they'll never win with; We should do the same with boxers. When Porter represents the biggest payday for Danny, the fight will happen. BTW, name me a current welterweight fighter with a better resume than Danny? He's obviously not scared, fights just have to represent the proper risk/reward ratio.

Also, If Thurman and Danny were a no-go, there's another champion in the division. Why didn't Porter call out Spence? Ya quick to call out Danny, but won't call Shawn out for shiet like this.
