Yea because that would be viewed as huge fight and if he wins in one round it was likely something totally insane looking that would be seen on highlight reels for generations.
Wilder is popular now he has been on TV a bunch and generally does among the best rating PBC puts up, so he is not that unknown. He has been on American TV more than Joshua has fights so the boxing public knows him they just have doubts. he lays out Joshua in one round those doubts may not vanish but people become a lot quieter about them and fans start to really come out of the woodwork.Comment

The first wilderVsStiverne fight was watched by over 1mil people on Showtime. Those are HUGE numbers for Showtime. These boys from the UK have beem acting like bitshes lately.Comment

WTF planet you on????
AJ's last 2 fight cards and build up were terrible.
The undercard was the 1 of the worst I have ever seen, especially the wlad fight. They are raking in millions and putting this on PPV but deliver rubbish undercards.
Noticed how 80’000 people boo AJ’s promoter at the end of AJs fights… It doesn’t take much to excite the UK fans, it has nothing to with the promotional ability of Eddie hearn.Comment

Let's not forget the whole thing when Fury entered the ring after the Szpilka fight, many a UK fans were talking about Wilder at that point. Was in New York but if Fury is that well known in the UK like some like to make out Wilder should have got some rub from UK fans because why would Fury go in against someone not worthy of fighting.
So it is not like he hasn't been associated with UK fighters for a while now.Comment

Less than 10K will watch Wilder's fight coming up. Joshua fought in front of 78K last fight, vs Takam, a last minute.I think it's a perfectly fair comment for me to make. Wilder's been featured on Sky numerous times and has even been ringside for a lot of Joshua's fights. The only possible opponent who's better known than him in the UK is Fury, and honestly I don't think he'll fight again. Bellew's just spewing bull****, probably because Hearn told him to as part of the current and very obvious ducking campaign he's trying to run.Comment
