I really like the idea of Corrales-Gamboa both are good boxers but tend to always show vulnerability. Salido-Roman is surely going to be a grueling war. Don't get me wrong I'll enjoy the fight but it seems a bit lacking for a HBO main event. I'm not massively familiar with Farmer tbh, I've watched him once when he beat Ivan Redkach on Showtime, from what I've heard he's a guy who's had to do it the hard way.
2017 isn't ending very good.

It'll be something to watch after Lomachenko-Rigondeaux. Berchelt vs Salido would have been much better with Vargas vs Roman on the undercard. Maybe all these not too great match ups at 130 will lead to something good in 2018.I really like the idea of Corrales-Gamboa both are good boxers but tend to always show vulnerability. Yeah there's a lot of exciting fighters at 130, no reason why there can't be some good matchups in 2018🥊Comment

There are no complaints from me. This year has been one of the best years for boxing in decades and we finally get to the see the real fight of the century (in my opinion) next month between Rigondeaux and Lomachenko. That fight alone is good enough that it makes up for any other fight not happening between now and then. As a fan, for me it's worth relaxing and not getting too worked up over other fights and then getting worn out before the Rigondeaux vs Lomachenko bout takes place. I'd rather just watch this fight this year instead of watching other bouts that drains me out before the Lomachenko vs Rigondeaux bout.
If the best movie of the decade is released in 2017, I'd rather just watch that movie over watching many other inferior movies before watching the movie of the decade.Comment
