You can't just get into boxing & start making money. And there revenue stream will be that new TV deal, which will be bigger than the last no matter what anyone is claiming now, & UFC's streaming network is adding shows & doing the best its ever been. They even hired Snoop Dogg to do alternate commentary for Dana's new show which was a nice lil boost too.

The promoters in boxing don't make as much as the promoters in MMA. Thus it takes more money to make that lesser % in boxing. And you need names to sell. I don't see how Dana just jumps into boxing and makes any impact what so ever unless he's teaming up with someone like Haymon or another promoter (and idk who that'd be as Arum & Oscar have had previous beef with Dana & those are the other main players in the US market).

I think Whites presence in boxing in general would make better fights happen faster just on a competing level so theres that . He can also make mega fights happen if hes willing to shell out the money .

I don't see it unless the UFC is just trying to win the purse bids of the biggest fights that promoters don't agree to which is a small number of fights & a even smaller number of sellable fights & usually one of the parties involves still wins the purse bid. Beyond that all the best fighters are under contract to promoters already otherwise (outside of Haymon's guys). Some cats are even signed to networks.

An Ultimate Boxing Championship belt may not be such a bad idea ,what harm could it do with so many ACTUAL pointless belts already .

The UFC couldn't create a UFC boxing belt. Its in the Ali Act that a promotion can't do exactly what the UFC does in MMA by setting the title fights up or having its own belt. Or else we'd probably already be seeing Top Rank titles or PBC titles or GBP titles.

Thats a big part of the reason why I was saying that a PBC belt wasn't going to be a thing back a couple years ago when people were suggesting otherwise. The PBC is a lil bit different than a promoter obviously, but there is still a conflict of interest there. To start a new belt you need a whole separate entity to do the rankings & do all the belt sh^t & they'd have to include everyone & not just certain fighters signed under a specific banner & there in lies the problem as you can't keep titles in house like you can in MMA.
