We already know a fight will make more money if you "let it marinate" just look at May/Pac Canelo/GGG I didn't see anyone trying to say "let it marinate" when those fights were supposed to be made. We want to see an undisputed champion, we don't give a fcuk about how much $$ is involved cause at the end of the day I'm not getting any of it so why should I care? To say that a fight between AJ and the carnival freak Fury is bigger than AJ vs Wilder is just silly. Fury can't even get a date for a hearing to get re-instated. He barely outpointed an uninspired Klitschko & has sunken into obscurity since. Wilder is an undefeated belt holder and everyone who knows anything about boxing wants to see him vs Joshua.

I think you're a little confused. Go back and read what I wrote. I clearly said, as a connoisseur of boxing there's no other fight I'd like to see more than this.

The rest of my post is just facts about why it won't happen. I have no doubt Wilder destroys Whyte, but until he does something like that to raise his profile he won't bring much more money than than a regular AJ fight. As a fan, yes that pisses me off, but I'm being realistic as to my expectations.

Hearn is out make money so I doubt very much he puts AJ in with Wilder till maybe November/December next year.

My prediction is that they'll go for Parker first in February/March and then try to give Fury till the summer to get a licence. Failing that another bum for the summer to keep the money coming in while they keep Wilder waiting. Annoying as hell, but I feel that's the most likely situation.
