Dubois is decent but he's smaller than Hrgović and his cardio is an unknown. Hrgović is rumored to be a total cardio freak (for a guy of his size). In one of the interviews he said that he can't wait for pro fights with more rounds to show his great cardio.

From what he's shown so far, Hrgović seems to have great chin, cardio and size. My bet is that he will take those explosive 1st round KO guys into deep waters and pick them apart late in the fight.

This guy should be getting a lot more hype. He just made his pro debut in September after having a great amateur career with a lot of difficult world series of boxing bouts so he has plenty of boxing experience already despite being only 25. He also sparred with Wilder, Haye, Klitschko... He busted up Haye and opened up a cut which forced him to cancel the Fury fight. Hrgović also boasts that he was "equal if not better" than Klitschko when they sparred earlier this year.

While he was a good amateur, I think his style is even better suited for the pro game and for 12 round fights since he has incredibly cardio for a man of his size, from what we saw he also appears very durable.

He's 6 foot 6, same size as Joshua. I think Hrgović vs Joshua would be a great fight down the line once Hrgović gets more pro experience.

In one of the interviews Hrgović said that he already has a lot of experience due to his amateur career and doesn't need too many tune ups and cans.

        Smaller haha

Maybe he's taller but that's about all.

Had a look at Hrgovic, Good prospect but doesn't have that wow factor.

Triple DDD is on a whole other level and he's still only 20 years old.

If a guy has a weak chin this weakness is going to be found out at the amateur level if he gets hit a lot there. Of course, he can still be heralded as a great prospect if he has other skills, but amateur careers do give some indication about how good the fighter's chin is. On the other hand Golovkin was never dropped and it was reasonable to suspect he has an iron chin even before he enters the pros. Of course, a durable iron chinned amateur can turn out to be crap too when it comes to skills, but we were talking about durability here specifically.

If Hrgović had a bad chin he would NOT be able to last 5 rounds with Kharitonov landing those clean bombs at him and he would be rocked more, especially considering that he's a heavyweight.

This is what happened to Joshua for example:

WSB gloves are how big though?
You dont often see KD's or KO's in WSB, i may be wrong though i havent seen more than 10 or so WSB fights.

Looking forward to following Hrgovics career regardless, im taking you are a croat? ur name looks kinda serbian. hope croatia gets behind him like the UK casuals got behind AJ, Croatia doesnt produce any notable fighters apart from Crocop from recent memory.

He's signed with Kalle the Cokehead isnt he? I hope they keep him active and he fights more than 4-5 times per year. Looks like these journeyman won't go past 1-2 rounds with him by the looks of it.
What do you make of Teslenko? I rate him alongside Dubois & Hrygovic as the future of the division..

Wasn't familiar with him so added to my boxrec watchlist. Good start to his pro career doe. Not a lot of guys in any division start off fighting those types of opponents. Thats the good thing about the WSB it gives these amateur cats some semi-pro like experience that cuts out 5-20 bs fights from their early pro career it seems like more often then not for the better guys.

                O...K

What a load of trash. Stop talking ****. He isn't even on the level of a glorified sparring partner let alone a prospect. At least put up your sources to all these outlandish claims. Dubois has those stories too which have more credibility like him knocking out AJ in sparring.

Right now Dubois is the one leading the prospect tag in the heavyweight division mainly because it's common sense for a 20 yr old to improve immensely with time. Plus he doesn't look much worse than a Chisora/Whyte level fighter already.

The gloves must weigh ten (10) ounces and twelve (12) ounces, with a tolerance of 5% up or downwards, of which the leather portion must not weigh more than half of the total weight, and the padding portion not less than half of the total weight. The margin of 5% must also apply downwards and upwards, respectively.

Hrgović had a lot of finishes in the WSB, check out his amateur record here:

What is it that you see in Dubois to make you think that? I don't think you can really tell anything from his first 5 fights, he passes the "eye test" for me so far though. He looks to have solid tools and fundamentals IMO.
