Armstrong took 1 part testosterone, 1 part EPO, and one part blood transfusion. So it was only one 1/3 of what he took, and it's main use is muscle strength and muscle repair/recovery. Whereas EPO and blood transfusions artificially increase your red blood cell count and increase aerobic capacity, stamina, and reduce fatigue.
Long story short - if you were struggling with stamina you would take EPO combined with blood doping over anabolic steroids.

Andy Ruiz, Takam, Hughie. That's a decent resume. Parker has a very good gas tank.
I was never big on him originally but he's got decent ring IQ. He knows how to win rounds. He has very good punch variety as well, puts his punches together well.
The only thing AJ has shown me currently is that he can go rounds. All the question marks around his stamina are a bit over the top. He'll knock you out early, he'll knock you out late.
Can Parker take a shot?. If so he could scrap a decision.

Feel that his opponents movement if good or above average negates any of Joshuas best attributes like the uppercut or most of his power punches
This is why I think Tyson Fury would run rings around him. Even Hughie would cause him major issues if he upped his work rate.
