Pryor and Pacquiao spring to mind, even with a lot of unnecessary movement and high volume (with meaningful punches) they were still relentless in the later rounds coming at you.
Which boxer had the best stamina you've ever seen?

HENRY ARMSTRONG! Hands down the guy bobs and weavs throwing bombs non stop for full 15 barley ever takeing a step back.
Also old timers like Battling Nelson and Joe Gans those dudes fought 20+ rounds in some serouis brutal wars.Comment

Johnny Tapia & Aaron Pryor. its not just stamina with these two for me. Its the pace they fought at that's amazing to me. Their ability to last at that pace for 10, 12, 15 rounds shows super stamina to me.Comment

A lot of my answers have been taken so I'll go with the one that immediately comes to mind from this era/recent memory and that is Carl Froch.
In umpteen gruelling fights and the championship rounds would come and he'd continue getting stronger no matter what he was hit with or up against. Crazy conditioning.Comment
