There is no way any real boxing fan could think otherwise. Jacobs is the real deal and would win going away against the way over rated Saunders and the game but very limited Lemieux.

What is more, Saunders would never fight him. BJS would hold out for the payday against GGG/Canelo 2. Lemieux, however, is just crazy enough to do it....

He's an advisor. As in someone who gives advice. He's like a manager, but without the hands on approach. He might bring in expertise and contacts a manager may not necessarily have. He also advise boxers on which promotional outfit they should work with, if you know what I mean.

Whatever Haymon says goes. He can buy any fighter he wants out of any promotional contract and the contract he has with Jacobs probably is longer than the one Jacobs has with Hearn.
