Comments Thread For: Eddie Hearn: 'No Reason' Joshua-Miller Shouldn't Happen in U.S.

Eddie Hearn considers Jarrell Miller a perfect opponent for Anthony Joshua to face once Joshua decides to fight in the United States. Hearn said during a conference call Thursday night that there's "no reason" a bout between Joshua (19-0, 19 KOs), the IBF/IBO/WBA heavyweight champion promoted by Hearn's company, and Miller shouldn't take place. There has been plenty of talk from both sides this week about an eventual Joshua-Deontay Wilder title unification showdown, but Hearn sounded just as open Thursday to Joshua meeting Miller in a heavyweight title fight.

Wilder vs Joshua is not happening until early 2019. The writing is on the wall, you'd have to be an idiot not to see it.

            Hearn must be

This might be the dumbest, most contradictory statement he's ever stated. I think he's just desperate to speak to the press, so he's just talking without thinking.

With Millers next fight on HBO, I wouldn't be suprised if that means AJ / Miller fight is on HBO next meaning even another roadbloack between AJ/Wilder

F.uck Hearn has turned into a complete f.aggot the last couple months

Been saying this for a while, Miller as his first fight in the US, WBO Champion in the UK in the Summer, Wilder in Vegas for everything at the end of the year. Wilder/Joshua is a Vegas fight, but Joshua has to fight in the US before.

Yes the issue is wilder can knock Joshua the fuck out and miller has less of a chance of doing that
