Damn didn't realize that many fights fell out on this card. If this wasn't a Joshua led card they'd probably have canceled the whole show.Comment

What if Takam goes rounds and it's an exciting fight, same goes for Whyte/Helenius?
Takam had 12 weeks notice on standby and Helenius was sparring Joshua and is prepared.
Could be a Molina type card with Whyte saving the show again, but personally I think Takam can hurt Joshua and test him.....just have to wait and see. Too many people obviously underrate Takam.Comment

Whyte v Helenius is a decent fight despite the short notice. Yafai v Ishida isn't bad either.
For a stadium event though and PPV, it's a rather poor card. The AJ v Wlad undercard was weak too but at least they had that main event and both guys will have been getting very well paid so maybe they didn't have the budget for a great undercard... but AJ v Takam in a stadium should be a stacked undercard.
I guess Hearn knows 95% of Joshua fans are casuals that only care about him, so it doesn't really matter about the undercard, it barely matters about his opponent. Expect more of the same at future Joshua fights in terms of undercards.Comment

Takam has only had 12 days to prepare for a world HW title fight, don't buy into this typical Hearn BS that Takam has been training like an animal at the off chance Pulev pulled out. Hearn even contradicted himself in his own interview saying something along the lines of: "if Takam said no we would've had to fight Hammer as he was next on the IBF list". Whyte-Helenius is also a **** average fight, I mean what does it really prove? Takam is probably being underrated but realistically, does he have any chance against AJ? I think not. He doesn't even have the physical size argument Pulev had. He's physically way too small and way too easy to hit to be competitive vs AJ IMO. And the fact he's only had 12 days makes this task all that much tougher for him. What if Takam goes rounds and it's an exciting fight, same goes for Whyte/Helenius?

Your avatar!!Typical Hearn, even the half decent fights are ruined by giving he opponent a ridiculously short amount of time to prepare. he does this all the time.
+ even if the short notice opponent or 100/1 underdog given 50quid to fight one of his prospects does the unthinkable and manages to win he will rob them on his crooked scorecards.

I wonder if Kurdyashov's brain has returned this realm yet!
