Stiverne is probably the most out of shape and slowest boxer in any division in the history of boxing to win a major belt and that is no exaggeration

I have a few million reasons to disagree with Deontay.

This is interesting. Even more interesting when you tell the whole story. For instance..... Wilder beat stiverne who won a vacant belt. So do we forget the fact that stiverne was the mandatory for several years, ducked for lower level fighters to get a title shot, destroyed arreola for 12 rounds to keep his mandatory, knocked him out for the belt after arreola destroyed Mitchell in one round, and was considered the fighter to expose the flaws in the ko artist who had no technique, and never been past four rounds???? Funny how he's a bum all of a sudden. Then, didn't he fight Eric Molina on the already scheduled date in June after his original opponent and mandatory gave up his mandatory spot, Tyson fury chose to fight Christian hammer and wait for a chance to fight wladimir instead of a wbc title shot in the UK, and Tony Thompson asked for millions of dollars to take the fight??? Funny that it's Wilder's fault that guys gave up mandatory spots, and refused to take the fight with him. I guess he needs to take whatever is giving to him, and hope some popular fighter wants a title shot. But I'm curious...... Aside for arreola when they fought, what exactly makes duhaupas, szpilka, and Washington bums??? Tell me about what makes them such horrible HW fighters.

I can't wait for this fight and AJ/Takam to be over with and behind us!!!

No real drama in either one of these bouts so they have to dig up something to sell them.
If it were up to me, JP fights Wilder in the spring 2018, and the winner (Wilder) fights AJ late summer.

.......then in my ridiculously naive imaginary world the winner takes all the belts has them forged into one huge belt and forces all the governing bodies (WBC,WBA,IBF,WBO,XYZ,ETC.) to merge into one worldwide uncorrupt organization where all the judges have to be held to a strict standard, not to be influenced by organized crime.

........OK OK, I was just dreaming there.

This is why some boxing fans (and some fighters) feel that Wilder's side is milking this as far as they can until the fight against AJ and then cash out.
