Hearns said it while he was laughing. But you are right, Manny wouldn't had let those two guys face each other

You think Danny Jacobs, Lemieux, Curtis Stevens, Wade, GGG, and Canelo would beat Mccallum. You forget he had a very good chin as well. Even at the age of 40 well past his prime, Roy couldnt knock him out. (I don't believe that bs about Roy carrying him though he dominated the fight). Took Jackson's best and stopped him(PRIME JACKSON!!).

Never saw him fight once lol, only read about him and then I try to go back on YouTube to watch his fights. Ashamed to say that because I watched most boxers from when I was like 7 years old until now.

Yeah both guys were really skilled technicians. McCallum was better, but both really good. It was surprising to me how Kalambay beat him quite convincingly first time out but he made it right in the rematch which was really a great fight to watch. I feel the same way about the Nunn fight. Since he still had good wins after that loss.

He beat Herol Graham in the rematch (maybe the most talented fighter to never be world champ) and also Steve Collins who went on to take Eubanks 0 just a couple years later.
