The truth is Charlo is just the new great black hope they hope can take out GGG. If they were really fans of Charlo, as I somewhat am, they would want him to take a real fight at 160 to get acclimated. Not necessarily a dangerous fight, but why would you want to throw him in right away at 160 against a guy who has destroyed people. Charlo is just their new great black hope.

Any excuse to **** on GGG is enough for those guys. Charlo being black is just an added bonus.

The hypocrisy is staggering though. The same people who supported Canelo stalling for over a year after the WBC ordered a mando between he and GGG are now demanding that GGG fight Charlo immediately, even though the WBC haven't ordered it and Charlo isn't even asking for it.

Nothing story. He'll fight Charlo when ordered too, which would be after Canelo 2, possibly Canelo 3 and/or a unification.

Golovkin isn't avoiding Charlo, but the fight is so far off there's no reason to talk about it.

Charlo would be a fool to wait that long without fighting. Hopefully he fights someone decent, middleweight is finally heating up.

Amazing how the tables have turned. The guy that used to look down at other businessmen and accuse everyone of ducking him is now doing the same thing to others.

Well anyway this is nothing new. They said everyone from 168 to 154 was scared of them but when Ward and Lara came calling they made a host of excuses.

They said Lara should move up to 160 and become a mandatory, Charlo has done exactly that and now they moving the goal posts.

Always knew GGG was a protected hype job so am not really surprised.
