Likewise, if he wins it shrinks 1to0. Which is what it will do.

I don't know if I'd bet on a Takam homerun shot in these circumstances, but I'm not much of a gambler, either.

Why? Because he's a success story? Because he's a nice guy and a genuine role model? Because he rose from nothing and became the champ in under 20 pro bouts and with a limited amateur career? Because he's the biggest draw in boxing and is making boat loads of money that you will never see?
Maybe you're a racist. Or maybe you're a xenophobic hyper patriot who only supports boxers from your country.

I'm sure it's one of the above.

While the rest of us are still waiting for Wilder to fight someone who is even remotely a threat. Give it up man. Wilder is still the king of clown college while Joshua is at the head of his class in an Ivy league school.

It's not that we want you to lose AJ, it's that you have made soft statement after soft statement when the fans started demanding you fight the biggest threat in the division. "I am going to lose eventually " to "I am not ready for Wilder until 2020" Even the ramming the jab down his throat statement.

Honestly, AJ is great for boxing, but he truly seems to fear Deontay Wilder, no matter how you slice it, when Wilder's names comes up, UK fans, Hearn, even AJ, everyone starts acting sweet.

I could see Wilder maybe causing Joshua some trouble.

On a separate note, I don't understand comparing him to Ali. It's just the wishful/hopeful thinking of promoters with respect to their cash cow. Question is where will they be if/when he loses?

If anything, you could maybe compare him to Foreman, who also won a gold medal (at superheavyweight, not light heavyweight like Ali).

Ali is more like Evander Holyfield or something. (Bowe-Holyfield anyone?)

Of course, comparing Ali to Holyfield just further shows the ******ity of comparing Joshua to Ali (or Foreman).

For me its because he's the biggest Peds user in the sport, a convicted drug dealer, and afraid of fighting the top guys.
