Lemieux is french canadian. In the province of quebec 90% of the people speak french. lemieux isnt known outside of boxing fans in most of canada but in quebec he's extremly well known he'd sell out a big arena in montreal for a title fight. plus hbo wants to put him on tv.

I think the judging advnatage can play a big diffrence, in canada Lemieux may even be the betting favourite. if it goes 12 the close rounds will go to lemieux and I dont see BJS winning clear rounds.

BJS wins in typical unimpressive fashion. Thats just who he is, but he can box. Lemieux has an inflated rep for some unexplained reason.

Saunders only said yesterday Lemieux is 100% his next fight. Just being in Canada is odd. Whats that the 2nd time one of his fighters has fought off one of his cards in 3 years, other being Canelo/Smith, and Lemieux aint in no way Canelo, HBO must be putting up a lot of cash

So that's why Golden Boy hadn't put Lemieux in with Canelo yet . They want Lemieux to take out BJS and Then they'll feed him to Canelo for the WBO middleweight title . .
