160 has Trout and J Rock.

Rosado and Vanes wins aren't really impressive and Lubin turned out to be a bit of a dud. Trout is a proven fighter so 160 Charlo is in the lead.

Hurd is not ready for Charlo, believe me. I don't mind Hurd taking time to pick his next fight with extreme caution.

Charlo vs Lara should be the fight to make.

That was Rosado 4 years ago and he was the bigger fighter.
And Vanes has only lost to Lara and Andrade, world champs.

Those are the exact type of fights someone like a Lubon/J-Roc needed before a title shot.

It would've been better for Lubin to fight them beforehand but 160 Charlo wins are still better than the 154 Charlo.

Charlo doesn't have the best stamina as he faded down the stretch vs Trout and others.

Very explosive in early to mid-rounds though.


HUrd is like Margarito almost. He's crude but rough and tough with elite stamina.

Charlo is too good for Hurd.

Charlo v Lara would be closer but I think Charlo is more rugged and has no problems throwing punches, I'd edge him against the Cuban.
