I am going to have to disrespectfully agree. It was lara who lost the fight on his own accord. He gave the fight to Canelo. On the school yard he clowned Canelo, in the ring he lost because he didn't try enough. My 2 cents. And I wish he he did better.

There's a big difference though. Angulo(Who is no where near as skilled as canelo) uses a take many to give one pressure style while Canelo is more of a counter puncher. Counter punchers aren't as committed into "swarming" their opponent and hesitate at certain moments to which Lara was able adjust a bit better to it compared to Angulo who kept coming and coming and didn't hesitate(Although he lost the fight)

wade was a mandatory injury replacement! lol...he wasnt even #1 ranked!

what was gabe rosado ranked at 160 when he fought golovkin?
Why would he call lara out? What does lara do for ggg's legacy? Does lara hold a title at 160? I know you're trolling and half retarted but I'm still responding to clown you.

And Bull****. If lara became mandatoy ggg would not give up his belt to not fight him. Once again. If Lara's team truly wanted the golovkin fight they would have moved up and became his mandatory leaving golovkin no choice but to fight lara. Lara would most likely have gotten number 1 mandatory the same way charlo did. Beating ggg would make lara an instant star.

nope. given his style, nothing he does will ever make him a star. for a foreign non english speaking, non mexican to become a star in the states you have to be exciting like pac and ggg. doesnt matter how great you are or who you beat. im sure lara knows this and thats why hes been fighting bums for years. why risk losing when they dont want you to win? just make a living

Beating ggg would make lara p4p number 1 and solidify his legacy. His popularity would go up.

He lost to Molina (lucky draw). He went life and death with Angulo. I mean, come on. If anything he is over rated and there’s no reason to think he should be favored over GGG.

He shows great skills and talks a good game. Now he just needs to do something outstanding. He ain't gonna get the recognition by hanging round Super Welterweight crying about being avoided.

                    100% correct.

Lara has no one to blamne but himself for losing that split decsion.

Lara has the lateral movement and long range style to give GGG problems. Slow foot canelo evaded him for a good portion of the fight what makes you think lara cant do the same? Lara is better than canelo.
But he didnt, it was a close fight but one GGG won. Lara doesnt have power like Canelo or Jacobs to make GGG cautious and lately he has just been fighting bums, hardly good preparation for someone like GGG.
