Very bad news, Phlomo***uals.....stopped by Girl Collection last night and the place is unquestionably in dire straights. There were maybe 5 cars in the parking lot, bouncers and doormen outside playing around. Girls (obviously dancers) on their phones out in their cars and zero traffic coming in or out.

A couple hundred yards south down the street, Treasures was in complete chaos. Parking lot jam packed with over 100 cars. Limos full of patrons coming in every couple of minutes, Valet parkers running ragged. A few hundred yards North, both low tiered sleaze pits Cheetahs and Little Darlings were also jam packed. Little Darlings had at least 75 cars outside and a constant flow of patrons in and out.

Lou Cipher took pics and video of all the places. Perhaps he will post them.

This was just a way for Floyd to go to his own strip clubs instead of giving all the other clubs his money. And he has turned it into a profit lol. Now he can throw money in his own club and write it off. Black man wins again.

Did another scouting of Girl Erection tonight and Floyd is officially 0-2 with another dismal night of an empty parking lot, bored Security / Valet, Stunting with fake bills and rival clubs just yards away having more business than they can handle.

The good news is the electricity has been on both nights Lou Cipher has scouted the joint so it seems their power bill problems are rectified for the time being.

Spot on man. McGregor hit it on the head that the place is bleeding money and he knows it, but he's talking about franchising. Lol Lol. I have very sketchy knowledge of Vegas. Been there a number of times and know Reno because we have land near Reno (near by Nevada standards, two hours away a hop skip and jump). But it seems to me much like forty deuce in New York, you have to be in the central area, vis a vis the strip...to be succesful. Want to bet that Floyd did not want to pay the right people off, figured he would just put his club somewhere else and people would come?

Correct me if I am off, but there is an "old" part of the central area, and then there is the main Blvd. The older location is not quite as good, there is that big trinket shop and a lot of the older Casinos, past their heyday...kind of looked like Atlantic City to me. But that would be better than nothing!

He isn't even on the strip he's a few streets over where all the graffiti artists do their ****** ass tagging because the street is totally empty except for all the limos heading to Treasures and the serial hooker killing truckers and child rapists heading to Cheetahs and Little Darlings.

I know it really upsets the Phlomo***uals on this site that Flroid is making his money disappear like a hot fart in an F5 Tornado, and they know that spells comeback and defeat. The mythweather hoax will be dispelled. Marciano's 50-0 will never be broken!

Two interesting facts here...

#1 The property was last purchased in 2013. This means Floyd has put millions into remodeling a building he does not own and is locked into a MINIMUM 5 YEAR legally enforceable lease. When the property was listed in 2015 it was 4.85 per square foot. That puts the monthly nut BEFORE fees at 25,835.95. Lets be conservative and call that 27k per month in rent alone. That is a financial obligation of 1.62 MILLION to rent a building for 5 years that cost $515,000.00 to buy. Plus remodeling. Plus utilities. Plus hundreds of thousands in licensing.

#2 Die to it's location, the property value of the building has dropped exactly 500% over its previous 10 years on the market. Completely opposite of the Las Vegas real estate market over the last 7 years which has more than doubled in value. This didn't raise any red flags???
