It's funny seeing the hypocrisy. The same fans who swear GGG "ducked" Ward and that Loma is "ducking" Mikey Garcia or Crawford are defending Spence not accepting a concrete offer and a nice 3 fight guarantee with weight class B.S. Hmmm, aren't there weight class issues with Ward-GGG, Garcia-Loma, Bud-Loma?

I do think Mikey should have taken the 3 fight deal. Cotto, then Mattheyse and Linares and then your free in 2019? That's a heck of a deal $ wise and resume wise. I am a Garcia fan but do feel he does name drop a lot knowing certain fights can't be made. He can't stay a free agent forever if he is genuinely serious about fighting big names. A 3 fight deal is a dream deal.

Not sure what Spence's reasons are but I'm sure he has them and is very loyal to PBC. He's probably angling more for Thurman than Cotto and rightly so, but the hypocrites that point fingers at others make me laugh.

There is no way Spence refused to fight Cotto without some B.S. attached to it like with what happened with Mikey. Spence seems ready to fight anyone and he would beat this older version of Cotto. Why miss out on a huge payday and a hall of fame name on your resume?

Nice to see people actually using their brains for once, Cotto is a HOFmer. But he shouldn't be fighting all these hungry younger kids and am glad he isn't fighting them. He had his time, fought everyone that is irrelevant and now he can pick whoever he wants for his final fight.

Why would those two duck Cotto lol? they would have snap the pen off and sign to fight him, but as we all know promoters are devious, wanting those two to sign away their freedom.

Mikey Garcia was put on a shelf for 2 years just for him to get out of a contract which he didn't want, so why would he put himself in one because of a champion on his way out?

There is a very simple reason why Mikey and Errol not fighting Cotto is not at all like what Golovkin did with Ward or Loma and Mikey.

One situation is requiring the fighter to sign a promotional contract for more fights while the other is a one fight deal.

No one was asking Loma or Golovkin to commit to 3 fights to get one.
