I don't recall Erroll saying anything about a move up to 154.

I DO remember hearing about Spence's interest in the other 147 lb belts.

The only guy who I heard really wanted to fight Cotto was Mikey, but that fell thru because DLH wanted to own him.

I am guessing any such gesture to Errol was also turned down for the same reason.
