He may but just remember that HBO is only a part-time gig though. It's not like he works for them 52 weeks out of a year.

Such a supremely athletic boxer was Roy Jones jr, he made a guy like Floyd look quite ordinary compared to him. After beating Ruiz and going down in weight the downfall started. That tough first fight against Tarver and then he was never the same. Roy maybe didn't have the greatest fundamentals but he made up for that in his incredible athleticism. He should call it a day though. In his prime he beats Bellew so easily, but now he would get ko'd by the Brit, even by guys like Macarinelli, sad to see.

"Roy Jones: I'm Not Going To Retire, My Next Fight is in Talks"

Got D@mn it Roy; Mayweather, Ward & Bradley are all younger than you and they have called it a career.

Hopkins and Toney have called it a career.

Why are you still fighting? it can't be for belts, these young lion will kill you. Is it for money? There are other ways of making money outside of the ring like commentary for example.

The more you fight, the more you kill your chances of getting in the HOF ON THE FIRST BALLOT.

        Please stop.

Jones isn't going to retire, he's going to GET retired, if he keeps this up. Instead of guest announcing fights on HBO, he'll only be able do the ocassional burger or paint commercial on network tv.

Please, stop Roy for your kids sake and family!

Just train prospects and the youth!

You have good sound judgement and have deep knowledge on the sport!

I don't want to see Roy get badly injured and can't speak on HBO anymore, he's the only one that makes it even bearable(sometimes Max does)!

Heck, them Russians love the shid outta him over there, don't understand why he don't just open up a boxing gym there and be a coach!

This isn't going to end well. To his credit, he seems to be much more reasonable and less ambitious in his match making lately. As long as he doesn't go for a title and stay away from world class fighters, he should be okay.
