Not Deontay wilders fault at all but

The PED problem with his opponents is horrible for American boxing.

He's supposed to be the heel to JOshua and he's fighting stiverne for the 3rd time??? We cannot have a mega fight with Wilder fighting stiverne 12 times. How will the AJ-Joshua fight build?

You could argue he doesn't even deserve a shot at Joshua, has he fought anyone top 6?

There is no "BUT" to it and I am not even a Wilder fan like that. Blame the WBC for GIVING Stivernie a #1 Ranking without earning it at all.

The good news is that Dillian Whyte is up next on the WBC Ranking for those who keep calling for Wilder to fight him so the WBC can force that one to happen. The Heavyweight Division is just not a good Division overall right now. Tyson Fury is needed back for this Division honest. Even if Vitali really wants to comeback that is probably needed for the Heavyweight Division while the new guys like Tony Yoka, Joe Joyce, Filip Hrgovic, Daniel Dubois work their way up. As well as some of the Cruiserweights like Dorticos, Usyk, Gassiev eventually becoming Heavyweights. That is when things will get interesting. But right now after AJ, Wilder and Parker, not much going on just a lot of Pulev, Carlos Takam, Christian Hammer, Ustinov type of guys that gets nobody excited

Second time. Facts matter and this is a mandatory. It's not Wilder's choice.

        3rd time? Get educated.
What is even the point of this thread? Yea, it sucks, it would be great if he could have Povetkin and Ortiz fights under his belts but they ***ed up. We're all aware.

As far as I know this is the 2nd time he is fighting Stiverne not the 3rd time. It's not his fault at all. He is the WBC champ and the WBC ordered him to fight Stiverne next. He must do so or lose his title. He hasn't defeated a top 6 guy yet but of course he deserves a shot a AJ. He is a world champion and much better than anybody AJ defended his title against except Wlad. AJ has defended his title against guys Wilder had already KOed so it's nonsense that he doesn't deserve a shot at AJ. It's the heavyweight fight we all want to see.
