Rigo and Loma are both great. Rigo is a hell of a puncher so he could score a knock down or a knockout. Rigo has been dropped before himself. Loma is much younger and the bigger man and he has been knocking guys out a lot. I think Loma wins and probably by KO. If they were the same size and age I think the fight would be even. Loma has the age and size advantage.
