with the way they have been judging fights lately, i dont see hopkins being "busy" enough to win by decision. he will have to put Tarver down at least once.
Hardly anybody even knew who Hopkins was until the Trinidad fight, unless they saw him fight Echols. So a lot of people won't know that Hopkins was a terror in the 1990's - he liked to get inside, lead off, and really was quite relentless.. he had a vicious radar. He changed his style as he got older, into much more of a slower-paced, counter-punching outside fighter to tame the kids. But Tarver isn't a kid, he's a slow-paced fighter himself. I just think that Hopkins can (and will) bring back the terror to some extent, and completely out-work Tarver with accurate shots to a clear-cut decision.
Winky Wright has brilliant defence, brilliant jab, brilliant peek-a-boo style and all that, and he is a brilliant fighter and arm-puncher. But he's blown-up light-middle whereas Taylor is a full middleweight who is getting even stronger at the weight. With Taylor, not many have seen his pre-Hopkins fights.. I have. Listen, Taylor never lost a round in his whole career until the Hopkins fights. He was nervous both times against Hopkins, and didn't perform to his full ability. He'll be fine against Winky now. Taylor has the best left jab in the history of the middleweight division. At his best, Taylor is the snappiest hitter in the world and hits with as much precision as anything since Joe Louis. And he's stronger than Winky.
You IDIOT. Tarver is 6'4, struggles to make 175 even, and Hopkins is 42 nearly, 42!!! Tarver will wreck him, it probably wont even be competitive, Hopkins will feel Tarvers 1st jab and be rocked back to the ropes and wish he was in his rocking chair in front of the fire with pipe and slippers instead.
Winky has the best defence theres ever been, he blocks everything and is a master boxer. I cant see anybody ever knocking him out let alone Taylor, you would be silly to bet on that thats for sure.

1 - Tarver is 6'2, not 6'4, Hopkins is 6'1
2 - Hokpins is 41, not 42
And no, Taylor is not knocking out Wright
