Damn 2 years inactive and then world title shot is anybody really supporting this. Its a shame whats happened to US boxing for so long being the Beacon with some of the greatest Champions ever.

How is Stiverne rated more than Whyte, Breazedale, Haye, Price etc the guy has not fought for 2 years. I dont see why he does not take the Whyte fight which by most peoples mind on this site would be an easy fight with his biggest payday.

After how disappointed I was in Stivernes showing last time I've just no real interest in this.
He's been inactive as ever since and in I believe his only fight since he got dropped by a journeyman and was apparently fairly lucky to get the nod, meh.

Easy win for Wilder. Stiverne poses no threat.

Nobody wants to see this fight. Stiverne been inactive for TWO years now so it's difficult to know what he'll bring to the table. He is heavy handed, so he does have a puncher's chance tho.

What's with a thread for the no.2 heavy versus a guy outside the top 10 a week after the no.1 guy facing the no.4 ? If any heavyweight fight should be up there surely it should be the higher profile fight no ?

This site is a joke, seriously what the fück is Wilder's face doing on the control panel tab ?

2 years of inactivity, bad shape, he will probably just lay down and get that check and retire. Worst fight that could have happened, Dillian Whyte would have been much better than this stinker.

Don't think I've ever been as unenthused for any fight as I am for this one.

Could this be sleeper fight, in that we are all sleeping on Stiverne and not giving him much chance? I haven't watched too Bernie Stiverne fights but in his two fights against Arreola, he looked decent. If he can bring some that firepower and polish to the Wilder fight maybe he makes it interesting.

Wilder will fight as smart as last time.. avoiding the heavy hands until stivernes poor conditioning lets him throw wilder windmills as he pleases. He even has a gimme in the fact the old mans been inactive for two years.

If deontay makes a meal of this.. i beg to see the comparisons some make on here to AJ's fight against Wlad. If AJ fought and KO'd the best wlad in 5 years in a bout.. then wilder best knock bumane into reincarnation within 3..
