Great thing about this fight is that both guys know how to win on points...Neither guy is going to let himself get down on points like a lot of fighters do that pray for something big later on.Comment

Arum set this up nicely. He couldn't find the money and Rigon wanted too much at 124-126 (Remember Loma left the amateur at 132 vs Rigon 118) but 1 mil magically appears for a fight at Loma natural same day weigh-in. It's all bull. Loma gets ZERO credit for this. I didn't give Crawford credit for Gamboa, Canelo for Khan or GGG for Brook but I'm going to pretend this 2 weight class promoter setup is legit for Loma fanboys.Comment

what? Lol. Too many steriotypes. Rigo is an individual. He stands in middle of ring and tries to counterpunch. Throws very low amount of punches and has the weakest chin of any boxer that gets written or talked aboutComment

Nothing legal,that's for sure.
Cuban fighters > Brit knee-slidersComment

Rigo has the reach advantage and is only an inch smaller. Yall acting like he's 5 inches shorter hahaha. Do you guys even watch boxing or just repeat things you hear others say?Comment

Boxing is so self-destructive. If that's actually true, let's hope that they aren't on at the same time. I really don't want to choose one over the other. Spence/Peterson will probably be more entertaining, but Loma/Rigo holds more significance.Comment

The same folks that demanded the Walters fight and were adamant Loma will get eaten alive and then had tons of excuses after the fact.
At least they have got their excuses on the table early which was as soon as the fight was official. One day "Loma is scared..Loma knows he will get schooled..skills beat size etc;" the very next day "mismatch..Rigo is too old..Rigo too small.." He aged and shrank THAT much in one day. Amazing.Comment
