before the cotto fight, sr and roger gave manny no chance to beat cotto, but as soon as manny whooped on miguel, sr and roger started accusing manny.

i don't think pacquiao beats mayweather at any weight. styles make fights, almost half a foot of reach disadvantage, etc.
that said, pacquiao was prime until around 2010 or so. he became a senator and politician, started to have problems with cramping and his legs in training, started letting guys off the hook when they were hurt, stopped taking training seriously, etc.
i thought he was still a great fighter, but noticeably past prime for the first time in the margarito fight. cotto was probably his peak though he didn't quite have the killer instinct against cotto he still ahd all of his physical tools, and hwas a better boxer than he was when he was at 122 lbs and one dimensional. looked a little bored against clottey, but that may be attributed to the styles.
so yeah, late 2010, just after he got elected to congress.

Point is that you fools are blind too, its the same man so you are effectively saying " He can beat him with a CW but refuses to fight him without a CW " so the weight is what makes all the difference.
Do you even grasp what it is you are really saying.
