if one of those guys wins, he will be ordered to face Charlo

but if the other guy wins, he will do whatever is best for him

which may include fighting Charlo, under his terms

what I like about Canelo dumping that belt when the WBC tried to roll out the red carpet for Golovkin..... is that no potential future opponents will try to manipulate him, and neither will any of the other sanctioning bodies

because they know that they will get the middle finger, and make nothing

that is not usually a good situation for boxing, but why it is different this time is..... 1) Canelo will fight anyone, regardless..... 2) the WBC were wrong

because he will fight anyone, his stance with the WBC (and the other sanctioning bodies) will not affect his legacy/standing

if Charlo earns that fight, and is reasonable..... he will get that fight

but Canelo has at least two better money-options, so Charlo will likely need to busy himself for another year

Lemieux/Canelo will obviously happen..... Canelo will make good money, and Lemieux will be rewarded by GBP..... and Saunders for the WBO belt will also likely be preferred, IF he keeps winning

Both Canelo and Golovkin will not face Charlo. We know that Canelo won't have any parts of the WBC belt and Golovkin will go after Saunders and then roll out of the boxing game.

Either that or they will fight for a third time for the sake of the HBO folks.
