When an IV infusion is administered to an athlete, the following criteria should be fulfilled:
    1. A clearly defined diagnosis.
    2. Supportive evidence that no permitted alternative treatment can be
    used.
    3. The treatment has been ordered by a physician and administered by
qualified medical personnel in an appropriate medical setting. 4. Adequate medical records of the treatment.-------------------is floyds loungeroom an appropriate medical setting knobjockey, NOOOOO! Drinking water is the alternative treatment, usada broke wada rules for Floyd, simple explaination

And tell me, what is an appropriate medical setting? A hospital?

But the chart clearly says when not at a hospital, you moron.

Is a playing field an appropriate medical setting? Then why the **** would they allow an IV on a playing field, you idiot?

The section you are looking at is titled "Medical Best Practice." Of course an IV is best given in an appropriate medical setting you moron.

So let me get this straight. You're saying that in this video, they are stating that giving blood and urine was the main cause for dehydration?

And you're comparing this to Manny who said giving blood less than 24 days before a fight will affect him?

                  Try harder.

Floyd using lidocaine = Floyd is a cheating coward. Manny using lidocaine in the Floyd fight = Manny is a cheating coward. Disprove this conspiracy theory.

A clinical investigation is when they are looking for an issue ******, such as injecting a dye into you to see where there is a blockage, your really showing your ignorance now knobjockey, a playing field isn't , but if it's an emergency it can be given, otherwise you will find that the sport your talking about isn't enrolled in WADA, they were doing it in the AFL here in Australia until they signed up with asada and then it was promptly banned
