So you're claiming that Floyd paid off Byrd to stop the fight while Connor was so exhausted he couldn't even hold his hands up. Sounds logical.

The ref may have some justification but the fight was stopped too soon. Floyd ain't a big puncher, and Conor did hurt him in round 9 as it was a legitimate punch, not a low blow. Having said that, McGregor should have trained to go 12 rounds at a good pace, and not fatigue like that. But they both made a massive amount of money and the book is closed on Floyd.
