Agreed. I'm no fan of Ol' Windmills, but I'll back a clean athlete over a cheat any day of the week, whatever their colour, creed or nationality.Comment

just cancel the whole card and give refunds. no networks were interested in a stiverne rematch for good reason. first fight ****** and wilder clearly won. this is why boxing is a joke ortiz should be banned for life. who cares how macho wilder feels a damn PED abuser shouldn't be gettin title shots.Comment

how can he fight anyone with a pulse when their veins are full of PED'S?Not gonna bash him if the fight doesn't go ahead. Not his fault, and neither was the PEDvetkin debacle. It's sad for him.
But at the same time, it still won't change the fact that he's nearly 40 fights in and still hasn't fought anyone with a pulse. Until Wilder fanboys accept that simple truth, I'm not going to stop pointing it out.Comment

That's what I'm talking about. I hope they allow this fight to continue. Some fighters have been caught after the fight in the past, so this way we all know ahead of time. Luis Ortiz should be banned immediately after the fight though.Comment

He's got seriously unlucky with these cheating pr*cks robbing him of two competitive fights. I can agree to that.
Thing is, it's just two fights. Arreola was the best guy he could find after PEDvetkin? Sure, shortish notice, I'll give him that. And Stiverne, sure, he's ranked. F*** it, I'll give him his first 20 as well if you like while he was learning the trade (or how to windmill people outta there). That leaves 16 fights as a senior pro where he has taken the soft option to pad his record. Every single time.
Plenty of other guys out there over the past 9 years, most of whom aren't going to have been on PEDs. You can't excuse his record. Not when Joshua and Parker (and virtually every top heavyweight, ever) have been putting better CVs together in a considerably shorter space of time.Comment
