Is CANELO First SLICK-MEXICAN? '87 SRL Style NOT Accepted?

looks like my initial thread got FLAGGED/Deleted because ''BLACK-MEXICAN'' was stated, as if that's politically incorrect when in Mexico's state of GUERRERO there is a huge black population.

ironic how posters don't know diversity within nations.

    So I'll ask again,

Many casuals are saying that Mexicans dont ''run?'' Is that a rule?

If that were the case, and since JCC was GGG's #1 fan before the fight, why didnt JCC downplay Alvarez when the best opportunity presented itself? It would've been JCC highlight to represent the Mexican public's view about Mexican style and that they dont ''run.''

Instead The Mexican HOFamers had Alvarez edging it out!

    Why?!

This is why Alvarez is getting the path and light ala Floyd mysticism

Salvador Sanchez was slick and gives JCC a run for his money as the greatest Mexican fighter in history. Had he not died at 23, who knows how legendary he would have become?

The Reynosos dont have that Beristain style, though it nullified PAC, but Nelo has one of the best Mexican styles ever to mix it up. If Canelo continues up to 33-35 like WARD, I'd say he, JCC, and Marquez are the best Mexicans to ever lace it up.

Canelo is not a slick boxer, but he is a good technician.

Defacto rule in boxing, if you can slip and roll defensive combinations, hence defensive combinations, not just one slip, then you're slick boxer. Nelo got that bruva slickness.

There is nothing slick about Canelito.

It is strange how they suddenly like runners all of a sudden.

                  No he doesn't.

He gets tired trying to imitate.
