Dude this scary pimp been scared of kovalev for years scared to take a challenge fighting opponents taylor made for him this coward doesn't deserve a pay day against no top name.

With Stevenson's desire to take as few risks as possible for the last several years there is a karmic justice in him not getting a big fight. Now he's gotta go for Ward's sloppy seconds with Kov or fight Jack or one of these young Russian/ex-Soviet states guys for less money and for a lot of risk for some of them.

If I was Stevenson's people I'd start coming at Kov hard. He's super ripe for the taking now with Ward providing the blueprint to beat him. Plus it should pay nice. He should be willing to cross over to HBO doe cuz a Kov W should just be able to secure him more money wherever he fights in the future vs fighting the lesser opposition for a title holder that he's been fighting.

In the meantime, Ward says between him and Stevenson it has to make sense.

Ward sounds off til the Crawford Undisputed fight. After the insistence of a reporter, Ward says he fought Kovalev twice while Stevenson didn't fight him once, just seconds after feinting his own interest to become Undisputed too.
Just 4 weeks ago, Ward attempted to settle a fight with an Eddie Hearn guy "Frank Buglioni" in UK, which was turned down by Buglioni & HBO. RocNation's choice was to fight Stevenson next, HBO's choice was to fight Stevenson or challenging heavier opponents. But Ward/Hunter plan was well calculated, Bellew & Joshua belongs to promoter Eddie Hearn, therefore it was fairly easy for Ward to show some appearance of negotiations while maintaining his lie about going up in weight. I mean, while maintaining discussion with promoter Eddie Hearn, Ward was not really planning to change weight, he was only preparing himself to milk his titles with the lesser opponents Hearn has in his stable, from the LHW division.
But when ROC & HBO rejected the softer "Buglioni" choice, Ward didn't want to take the risk of fighting Stevenson even if the reward was to become Undisputed; Ward retired instead.
If old Stevenson was that easy & cheap, why the #1 pound-for-pound didn't fight him just to pick his WBC Lineal belt, just to become Undisputed? I guess Virgil Hunter didn't like what he saw, when he felt Stevenson strength in Canada. I mean, when Virgil literally jumped in the ring to stopped the Fonfara's destruction.

Hunter - There’s a possibility that if the right fighter comes along, then he would manage:
Hunter or Ward may try to flip it as they wish, making fans turning in circles with lies, like going up in weight for Joshua or coming back to the sport against the right "YOUNG" rising challenger.

Straight after the tournament, instead of fighting the best guy not in it, he went on a hiatus or "holiday" as he liked to call it. All the while, claiming Froch wouldnt rematch him and that he wanted to wait for the Bute fight .

Ward is a clown who has had a manufactured career. Yes he is strong and capable and able to survive, which allowed him to grit it out but he is not a supreme boxer at all.

Let's be real, there is no money in any Andre Ward fight. The events he headlines all lose money. No, they all ducked Stevenson, Hopkins got KO'ed out of the ring by a regular white NY city blue collar worker, Jean Pascal ended his career by losing against no threat Alvarez, Kovalev lost his belts, trainer & soul to Ward; and Ward ended his career not being remembered in Boxing history. I believe they're the one facing Karmic justice for ducking Stevenson. Stevenson is still in the game, he is the oldest boxing Champion, he's the number 1 at LHW, and will crack all those upcoming russians.
