Agreed, and the fact Wilder says ' dont fail the drug test' and then he fails it and what do you know? Wilder is going to fight another bum.

The fight was to good to be true, it made no sense to take such a high risk fight for no money and risk everything for the biggest payday they will get in their life agaisnt AJ next summer. They probably never had any intention of fighting Ortiz.

It does seem suspect. Wilder made such a big deal out of saying don't fail the test. Wilder has been a terrible cherry picker and finally agrees to fight a decent challenger. Just because the Ortiz fight is off doesn't mean he has to fight another easy opponent. There are other high ranked guys he could fight so he doesn't have to fight yet another cherry pick. If he fights another unworthy challenger it's because he prefers to fight guys who are easy to beat.
